Job Description
As a Technical Solution Analyst, your role involves conducting investigations on front-end applications. This includes capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. Backend techniques to be used, including gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal collaborators.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for Oracle customers, ensuring their needs are prioritized in post-sales support.
Non-Technical Inquiry Resolution: Resolve post-sales non-technical inquiries via phone and electronic channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Technical Support: Address technical questions related to Oracle’s Electronic Support Services, troubleshooting, and usage.
Facilitate Customer Relationships: Act as the primary contact for customers, facilitating strong relationships with the support team and offering guidance on escalated issues.
Flexible Work Hours: Work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and nights, with some schedules requiring Sunday to Thursday workdays.
On-Call Support: Be available on-call for high or critical customer issues, including weekends, ensuring prompt resolution of urgent concerns.
Education and Skills :
Educational Background: Academic qualification in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SQL to assist in database-related queries and support tasks.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work during the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with effective communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
