Roles and Responsibility:
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Help organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Learn and utilize office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Education and Skills :
- Any graduate or postgraduate required.
